Pretty decent fast food. The patty melt was alright, not bad with the fry sauce for dipping. The double steak burger California style was also pretty good. If they toasted their buns or had something more fresh for them, they might even start to approach something more like in-n-out. At any rate, still a fresher burger than your typical fast food. They messed up our drink order, but not a huge deal, and still wasn't much to look at either. However, for thin fries they were nice and crispy, and not over-salted, which is refreshing. The real winner though, was the PBC & B. Somehow, it had the perfect balance of peanut butter and banana flavor, and the banana slices and peanut butter cup chunks made it very texturally appealing. For a place not specializing in custard only, it gave the other places a run for their money.

WARNING! Serious lack of Covid-19 safety. The employee at the drive-thru was eating food at the window; no gloves, pulling her mask down. She was handling cash, touching the monitor, then the food. The manager is the one we saw give her the food! In the background I could see people coming out of the kitchen eating- masks pulled down, no gloves. The manger did not take it seriously whatsoever. She just laughed us off. Used to eat here twice a week but I'll literally never go back. Drove to Culver's nearby and was relieved how clean it was and how everyone had masks and gloves. Do not eat at this Freddy's, absolutely disgusting and irresponsible behavior from top to bottom.
