I used Foundation1 and I must say the bid I received was WAY BETTER than a bid I had received from another foundation company. The foreman was very informative and went above and beyond to make sure he understood my needs, and the guys who did my work were very professional. I was very satisfied with the new look of my porch retaining wall, as well as the burying of my near by gutters. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to use their services for future projects.

Every extremely heavy rain our window well would fill with water and flood the basement. Dirt was brought in to increase the grade away from the house. Downspouts were connected to pipe and buried. Those buried pipe were directed to french drains that I had installed. An additional drain was added in the front yard. Unfortunately, we have been in a drought and our area hasn't had more than an inch of rain at any one time in months. I am hoping for the best. The crew worked hard on an extremely hot and humid day and I appreciate their efforts.
The overall process, from bid to completion, was easy. Foundation One was responsive and helpful whenever I called. They had a lot of work on their schedule and reached out to let me know where I was in line so I had an idea of when they would be able to complete my work. The job I had was pretty small and their minimum was much more reasonable than other bids I had received. Once on site, Jon C. did a great job and kindly answered a lot of questions I had about the foundation of my home, which was very helpful as a first time home owner. The work was completed quickly and competently and I am happy with the result.
Billy was the gentleman that came to our home to give us an estimate. He was on time, very professional and THOROUGH! He asked us questions about the history of our home, and the problems we were experiencing to give us the best diagnosis and solution for our foundation problems. I would definitely recommend Foundation 1 to anyone!! Their estimates were much lower than we anticipated! Thank you Rosalynne for recommending Billy to us, and for getting us in touch with him for our estimate.
I wish I could give Foundation 1 more than 5 stars. It all started with Bill who gave us an amazing initial interview and quote. After interviewing with about 12 prospective contractors, we felt most comfortable with Bill. He was honest and answered all our questions. He even came back, when we asked, to make sure we understood everything. And his quote was very reasonable for what we needed ,with an excellent lifetime transferable warranty that we have no doubt Foundation 1 will honor into the future. No body else came close to offering this good of a warranty. After talking with him, we knew Foundation 1 was who we wanted doing our foundation repair. And we most definitely WERE NOT disappointed with the work they did. Our primary crew was Pelar, Frederick, Omar, and Samuel. With Alex and Matt helping out on a couple of days. They were AMAZING. They were always very interested in letting us know what they were doing and how they were doing it. You could tell they wanted to make sure we were comfortable with everything they were doing. They were always very respectful of our property, and they cleaned up every day to ensure our yard and house were as clean and less cluttered as possible everyday. There were several things that we asked them to do for our benefit, and they were more than happy to do it. I have no doubt whatever your foundation repair is, that Foundation 1 will do it for a fair price and do it well.
