Horrible service. Kept referring to potential client of minority background as \THIS WOMAN\. Would not accept insurance document from one of the top insurance companies in the country, as he didn't understand the language, and said wasn't paying an attorney to help him understand because THIS WOMAN wasn't paying him enough. Awful
