Very quick service in and out within an hour. Also covered service under warranty to replace the CUE System. Doug was super and genuinely cared about delivering good service. As I am in the hotel business, I just naturally look for, expect, and critique service. This is the 3rd time I’ve been in and each time service has been top notch. It’s a joy bringing my car in for service.

This was my first visit to Cable Dahmer Cadillac. I don’t generally ever leave reviews but I have to say, Doug Roberts in the service department treated me with such kindness and respect. They took care of everything I needed and went above and well beyond what I expected. Frankly, I was blown away. Unbeknownst to them, I had just received some devastating news and the kindness that I was shown at Cable Dahmer Cadillac was exactly what I needed at that moment!! Thank you!!!
