I had a wonderful experience buying my Encore GX thanks to Mike, Don, and Luis. They made this transaction super simple and easy.
They are dishonest cheats! I bought a service loaner Yukon with 4,500 miles on it. I got home in the garage and noticed the bumper looked a little off kilter. I also noticed the front passenger door gap was off. I took it back and said something was wrong and it appears the vehicle had been in an accident. They assured me that nothing of the sort had ever happened and it is normal sometimes to have to make adjustments on new cars after factory delivery. They took the car in for a day and “made adjustments”. I just traded this Yukon in for a different vehicle after two years and the dealership I was trading to asked me about the accident the vehicle was in. You might imagine my utter shock, I said I was never in an accident. The dealer showed me the car fax and indeed it showed an accident! The accident was reported to Carfax by Cable Dahmer nearly a week after I purchased it! They lied to me, cheated me, and stole value from me! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM THEY WILL CHEAT YOU!!!

Quite possibly the best auto service experience in 40 years of car ownership. They are extremely service oriented, flexible and their prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!!
