absolutely disgusted at the customer service provided. we booked this place one month in advanced. before we booked they told us they have air condition their rooms along with blankets. They also claimed to have a room set up for our driver. When we arrived nothing was prepared or cleaned but we dropped off our luggage and went out hoping that everything would be prepared by the time we returned. 6 hours later we come home and still nothing was prepared. no blankets and cases for pillows and they said they did not have any. The floor was dirty and sticky and not even mopped. Bathroom was disgusting with black stains everywhere. Also no room was prepared for the driver and they said they can remedy this by giving him a mattress on the floor. on top of this there was no air conditioning at all. We decided to leave early but when we tried to leave they demanded we pay them for money despite already paying a deposit. we did not even stay for more than an hour or take a shower or use any amnesties but they requested we had to pay them for the day. They also argued they did not have air conditioning in rooms despite their hotel board claiming to have it. When we pointed this out they then claimed it broke “three months ago”. If it broke three months ago why did they claim to have it last month when we booked it? The manager came it to the place while we were preparing to leave and did not even speak with us about the problem. Absolutely horrible service would definitely not recommend.

Place is good but price changes time to time
bathrooms were very dirty, floors not sweeped or mopped. Said there would be bed linen and seperate room for driver none of these things were prepared or even present. Also claimed to have Air conditoning in rooms but there was none. Owners very unfriendly and rude. Demanded more money when we tried to leave. Would definitely NOT recommend
