I'm not going to rate the service, it's also perform as a CIMA exam centre for Kandy, I went to face an exam MCS, the facilities and services are up to satisfaction. Guidance and technical assistance are so good. ️ But they don't have a western toilet.

Never Picks up the phone. I'm yet to find a single soul who was able to talk to them over the phone.
No answere from this phone no. very bad communication. I think they need improve there customer care side. An also need change mentality of the employees. They dont know how deal with the customer an how provide services . They mention phone no for emergency. But No answer from that numbers.
I bought power pack for fiber router, good price, it stay 3 hours standby power during power cuts, good place, many slt internet and home telephone items available. Near the bus stop. But car parking problems , no space for parking. Parking have to do near the people bank at agriculture faculty road.
Situated between Galaha junction and peradeniya town. Customer care is good. But they do not answer the telephone. If we want to know something we must go there. Cannot get the instructions or services over the telephone. Both telecom and mobitel customer care service is available. Can pay bills and buy telecommunication equipment from this place.
