Had a joint account with my partner. I cannot get any account related service from the other sampath bank branchs. They told me go to the account created branch every tme and its annoying.

Very bad customer service, 1st time I went there,bank system didn't work. Next time nobody was in the pawning counter, they were having lunch, I had to wait until they finished lunch.

I am very happy about the customer service of this place. The staff is very friendly and supportive. I went there today to open a new account and everything was done very efficiently. They took care of all the paperwork and I only had to sign 3or 4 documents. I was immediately given a debit card and online banking feature was also processed in no time. Thank you Sampath bank and its wonderful staff.

Experienced and efficient bank staff. Morning is the best time to visit Sampath bank during off peak time. Transactions and everything is Internet based; sometimes it gets very slow in the peak hours due to slow internet even for a simple transaction.
