Worthy service for your each spence..
They are treated to customers very unfriendly and staffs are not flexible .. They are fully depend on the money not a quality which are they given. I am not recommended this place to any one.
They turnes ugly duckling in to a queen. That is the kind of service they give to their customers. Great saloon
Best bridal dressing in Kandy. Miss Indu and Mr Manjula are very flexible and top of all they are talent cant be beaten
The customer service was horrible . I got an appointment for a normal makeup and it took the dressers almost two and a half hours to complete it.The make up artist and hairdresser were very lethargic and not friendly at all and by the look of it the hairdresser looked incompetent. Because of them i was an hour late for the function. They don’t cater for the customer need they do what they want and really not competent . I will never recommend this for anyone.

I ordered a lehanga about 2 months in advance for my engagement and i only got it one day before the function.With the amount of money charged and advanced ,I don't think its too much to expect to have it as early as I require .Also I went to the saloon on 2 separate days prior to the function to choose jewellery but had to turn back because the employees were simply unable to show them ,but they reassured that they will choose a very appropriate set for the day.But on my engagement day ,they had sent very cheap looking set of jewellery ,one of which was broken and not matching to my lehanga.I was already 1 hr late and had to go to Indu saloon and beg for a considerable looking jewellery set .This was all after giving Rs.5000 as jewellery deposit. Just taking the money and saying a few words doesnt make things happen .When you provide such sloppy service we as customers will not return to your saloon for our weddings and will never recommend this place to our friends either .
