Worst banking experience ever. It was just 3 min passed 3.00 PM and I wanted to make a very important deposit on the same day. But security guy didn't allow me to get into the bank to do the deposit. Bank staff should understand that their customers and the customer service is the key for the sustainability and the better-man of the company. There may be principals, but there should be a flexibility to understand any difficulties of the customer. With the current level of competition in the banking industry, one should understand the customer requirements better than the others and should be able to provide the best possible service to retain in the competition. Otherwise you will definitely loose more customers in the future.
It says open on sundays.but it's closed on ever sunday
Located in front of the Petrol and gas station. The street is one way.. service is okay.When its crowded the service level is low and time consuming . Staff should be able to handle the crowd without getting nervous which means lack of customer service experience... it should be improve..
