Hutch is similar to underworld in telecommunicatons in sri lanka. No one knows where the place, no one know who owns, no one knows how they earn money, no official address, no official mails, no one knows how they give free call time and last no one knows about their signal strength. I ordered a sim 2 weeks back. Still waiting to get it delivered as per their advertisement.

Good Customer care. Hard to find place. Hutch always care about customers. Need to update technology and services. Still not coverd coverage many villeges in srilanka. Call quality little bit low compare with other networks but always give very good and cheap internet packages. I will expect in future hutch will update sarvices. Good luck
