Very poor service. Never go to this place for your immediate treatments. Went there with an injured ankle and without even looking at my leg opd doctor asked me to bring an x-ray. No first aid no painkillers. I had to walk here and there dragging my injured leg and they didn't even provide a wheelchair. Staff doesn't know how to give proper direction of anything. It took them 3 hours to get the x-ray done and after keeping me for another hour sitting in their unclean reception area they asked me to go home and come next day because no orthopedists were available. They kept a injured person for over 4 hours only to send them home with out any treatment. I was in too much pain I almost fainted but no one cared. They just charged 5000/- for the x-ray and opd doctor room. I bought a pack of ice cubes from the nearby supermarket and put it on my ankle and took a taxi to the general hospital.

EYE CLINIC: Dr. Shivantha is a great opthalmologist, I’m sure. Yet he failed to communicate with the patient and bystander regarding their concerns. When asked about the patients ailments, he said to “read the board outside”. Every patient has a right to their time with their doctor, to be heard and reassured.

Worst ever staffs,they don't even know to communicate in English..that they keep laughing all the times like we are funny to them..also few doctors behave the same , they don't even communicate properly..
Considerably good place for channeling. But the center is crowded most of the time and it’s expensive here. Compact place. But lab is okay taking blood test, etc.. Don’t have parking here.
Horrible Service ever! This is not a hospital or a medical center. Please stay away!!! Starting for the Channeling service its only greedy money earning minded service. For health concerns this place could be best epicenter for covid-19, None of the preventive measures for Covid-19 is properly practiced! From the staff to their duties and patients with the pains and illness its a nightmare, Its crowded more than a Sunday market during channeling hours , Only thought is to be waiting with fear to get off the channeling area, Unfortunately had to ward my family and there again everything and all excuses given was only to make extra money, Anyone would careless over the their loved ones and i was no except and to only accept their stories at that time. \u003c But from time she was admitted to the room, The Nurses at duties or at their station were disgusting and had no method in the madness they were doing, They were loud and rude most of the time. Admitted in a room right next to the nurses station the patient had no sleep at night , comfort at all. We could hear all their brawls!! Yet still confused if it is their mistake or the poorly maintained management - But even no question asked paid the bill to get out of that place , the final Nurses behavior only makes us disrespect and loose the great gratitude we always have for Nurses . Which is only more saluted highly with their great commitments during COVID\u003e, but this place not! What more do i have to tell about the Doctor who was directed by the channeling upon entering the hospital - Apparently she is connected to the hospital management which makes clear sense of her poor interest and service. Would give NO stars! -hope makes clear how horrible this experience was.
