friendly staff. but NEED TO IMPROVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS because they sometimes assume on things that customer never said. Also they need to be well aware of the days of the week. because they promise to complete work and give them to the customer on days they are closed. Still, however not completed and done even on the next day. All fine because the work is nice. KEY POINT : WHILE I WAS THERE TO COLLECT MY GOODS THERE WAS A LADY SEATED ON A STAFF CHAIR WHO SEEMED TO BE A MANAGER OR SOMEONE (OTHERS CALLED HER MADAM). SHE WAS SO OCCUPIED ON THE HER MOBILE PHONE TEXTING OR WHATEVER AND THE PHONE ON THE DESK WAS YELLING FOR A LONG TIME. ON TOP OF IT THE OTHER STAFF WHO MUST HAVE TRANSFERRED THAT CALL WAS TRYING TO GET HER ATTENTION FOR A LONG TIME BUT THE LADY NEVER HEARD A WORD. SUDDENLY SHE ACTED LIKE WOKE UP FROM DEEP SLEEP. SHE EITHER HAS A HEARING DEFICIENCY OR SHE HAS SOME OTHER PROBLEM. HOPE THESE ISSUES WILL BE FIXED FOR BETTER IMPROVEMENT. THANK YOU. THE PRODUCTS ARE VERY GOOD.
