Great INDIAN cuisine authenticity cooked! This is not a grill/kebab/fast food type of place! Food is alway cooked as Indian food should be! Good sized portions. Could do with some seasonal dishes perhaps and maybe mix up a menu from time to time. But what they do - they do amazingly well!
Kanchan's is *the best* Indian food around. There are a lot of curries around Manor Park but none come close in terms of flavour and authenticity. Genuinely delicious food and great personal service! So pleased that Kanchan's has reopened post-lockdown, with all the necessary hygiene procedures and social distancing to keep customers safe. 100% recommend Kanchan's if you are looking for excellent Indian food (and as an added bonus they're now on UberEats!)
Excellent north Indian cuisine, really friendly staff and pleasant decor. Often busy with asian families always a sign of good quality. Eat in or take out. I wont highlight a particular dish as everything I have had is ace.
We took a takeaway of Butter Chicken and Bharta from here. The butter chicken was delightfully delicious. Perhaps the closest to the authentic Mughlai recipe that I grew up on while in India. Although when we went it was peaceful and quiet however they aren't a big place and I can see them getting extremely busy and chaotic during peak times. We definitely do plan to come back again for more take aways though!
