Roy is an incredible mentor with a unique perspective in martial arts. His energy positively impacts everyone he comes into contact with, and he is a person you can really trust & develop with. I have trained with Kamon Richmond for around 4/5 years which has helped to increase my overall confidence as a person. The classes allow you to learn about great self defence techniques while teaching you discipline and self respect for you body which is offer overlooked in a modern day society. I highly recommend attending these classes if you want to feel confident and more empowered as a person when out and about.
