The quote process was a bit clunky - the initial quote missed including a window, despite the walk-through. Once that was sorted out, the order /install process was seamless. Installation was complete in one day, no mess, and everything looked great. Fast forward 18 months later, all the windows are working fine. Good value for money.

We had a special order patio door installed and could not be happier. From the initial quote through to the installation could not have asked for a more professional group of people. All done in time and within budget. Happy to recommend Centra to anyone, we plan on having some additional work done by them this simmesummer.
We had a great experience from start to finish. Didn't have to deal with someone trying to upsell us and felt we got good value for our money. When we had an issue with one of the screens it was replaced in a very timely manner. We were and are still happy with everything.

I ordered a custom window to match my other 2 windows, that I sent a picture of - inside and out. It clearly showed the awning turn out handle on the inside. Size, screen, hole opening all defined. 6 weeks later I go to pick it up in Kamloops. It is a screen with white plastic frame in it to push the window out by hand. Also the size was totally wrong. I rejected it. Not what I ordered. I emailed the sales person, and then called. No call back so I asked for the manager of sales and was put off by her attitude, doubting what I had said. So I sent all the emails that clearly showed the picture of what I wanted. I finally heard back from my sales person who told me I was right. That was not my order. It was a factory mistake. I am now 7 weeks out from my install and have to wait another 3 weeks. On the date it was to be ready, I said, to save me a trip to Kamloops, I would pick it up in Langley when I was there. It was arranged by staff for me to do so. I arrive and I am told it was sent to Kamloops. Now I have to plan a trip to Kamloops as I do not live there. I was upset, and went to leave and the Shipping manager who got involved said he could get the driver to stop in Merritt enroute back. And they did. Thankful to finally have my window, on installation day my contractor tells the handle piece is missing. The driver should have left it and he did not. I called the shipping manager who had left me his number, and he said I could pick it up when I was back in Langley. Honestly, worst experience I have ever had on my first custom window order. All the others I need ordered and installed I deleted off the Century Window file. I can't imagine what ordering 4 windows, all custom sized would be like. I can say I greatly appreciate the attention the Shipping Manager did at the end. Nonetheless too much to go through when you are in the middle of trying to book contractors in the midst of renos.
