Have stored our RV there for two years and have not had a single problem. I find that staff is always willing to help out when they can and if they are not sure, they take the time to find out answers for me. I have nothing negative to say about this facility, I would never think of storing my stuff anywhere else. Keep up the good work! I highly recommend this business.

I first worked for Rivermist Holdings before they built it
Bad neighbors, and they rip off customers. Their alarm sounds nightly at 11pm and goes off for hours on end. Makes it hard to get a good nights sleep. You would have to wonder how secure the place is, when it obviously has no on-site manager, (as they would hear the air raid siren) and the audible alarm they use obviously isn't monitored (so if someone breaks into the place at night, no one is calling the cops). I think they're lying on their website when they claim they have an on-site manager, and I think they're lying when they say on the website they have a \State of the art security system\. See the other comment about security issues at this business. As for ripping off their customers; when a locker goes delinquent they don't always auction it off to the highest bidder, they usually call a small group of their friends and sell it to them for cheap. Thus not getting very much for the locker and leaving an over inflated amount owing for the delinquent customer. Buyer beware. I think there are many other storage facilities in Kamloops that are better priced, actually have 24 hour security, and don't rip people off. Probably best to find one of those, and steer clear of this place, or at least don't leave anything valuable here.
