Unagi was soft but tasteless. And the staff wasn’t very friendly. definitely won’t pay second visit.

Best unagi we have found in Japan so far. Perfectly cooked, very tender, the sauce is delicious and the rice is excellent.
Unfriendly service to foreigners. Not really good unagi anyway.
Unfortunately they hate children here and wouldn't let us eat because they said they do not allow kids in their restaurant. I can understand if it's a fancy busy place, however, it is old and dirty and there was literally NO ONE in the restaurant when we went, but they still wouldn't let us eat... When we said that we had come over 2.5 hours just to eat at their place they suddenly became very rude and dismissive and aggressively kicked us out.
Traditional Japanese restaurant serving eel, eel and eel. Probably the best eel i had sofar. Great food and experiencw absolutely worth the money (starting around 1500 yen) and the 50min wait.
