Very poor. If you can not take the orders....don't take them. Simple suggestion.....take an order number and make it a lot easier for your customer. Then when customers get into the premises to confirm their order.....do not make them feel as if they are at fault. Embarrassing and shameful behaviour. I believe you will lose loyal customers...however I do not wish this upon you. Stop greed being your motivation...and serve your captured audience. Trevor

Never actually got to try the food as went in for a menu and was completely ignored.... by 2 people. 3 people behind me waiting outside in the freezing cold but they were more interested in taking and sorting the telephone orders. Not good. Very ignorant. Won't go back.
