I had requested a boiler service when kam turned up I asked him to check the boiler for specific complaints to which he replied tat these checks were not part of a inspection. I pointed out that I requested a service. He then continued to talk to me in a rather condescending manner regarding the installation. The worst part is that he left the unit un secure the access levers at the bottom were not clipped back securely and the control unit screws had not been replaced which he left the control unit hanging and te boiler casing loose. The only reason why I used him was due to the fact my usual engineer was abroad.

Recently used Kam again for a second time to undertake a gas leak and repair on the boiler for one of my properties. Called him first thing in the morning and he was able to come over as promised later in the afternoon. Kam is very professional and knowledgable, he keeps you updated and his charges are very reasonable. It is evident he puts the customer first and I will certainly use him again, happy to recommend Kam to all my friends and family.
