Worst service of Airtel. No network. I have made complain in june and till date they don't resolve it. Don't use airtel. I was a Post paid customer. Faltu service hai

Not good. I got a feeling of government office. I went to convert postpaid number to prepaid. It took me 3 visits to get this job done. 1st they asked to come on billing cycle date, 2nd time on that particular date they said, the server is down. 3rd time they said to clear the last bill before going for the conversion. And after clearing all this things, there is a compulsion to do a recharge of rs. 219/- otherwise the sim will be disabled. I mean whyyyy???
