Avoid at all times. They will not honor their warranty. I brought a LG Air conditioner. Said it has a 10 year warranty on the compressor. Then after installing they are giving me a doc saying. That said warranty is only valid if, I enter into a service agreement with them for the said 10 years which will cost a lot of extra fees. One of the said AC's stopped working. It seems ants have damaged it outside units circuit boards. This was not honoured in the warranty. This LG should have made a outside units which is resistant to ant infestation as this is Sri Lanka and ants are everywhere. I had a dead.AC and finally had to pay 23000 Rs to replace the said board. Avoid Abans and LG at all times.
