Shocking experience. Ordered 102 worth of crab and scallops which arrived late and warm with the icepacks completely defrosted. Despite providing photos to show three food thermometer temperatures of between 13.3 and 15.2 deg (way above safe standards) Namara say there is nothing wrong and refuse to refund or replace the seafood. Additionally they had sent it by Royal Mail Special Delivery so could easily claim against Royal Mail for their late delivery. Namara say it is our problem and no-one else complained that day (what relevance is that?) so we must be wrong! Appalling behaviour.
