Wow. Consistently superb service over the last year after we switched suppliers. As a Training and Coaching Service Provider quality and timeliness are important to us. The Team are superb at translating our requirements into quality products: no matter how small or big the job. The kk@bedford team always pull out all the stops and even when we have given little time, due to our internal pressures, they always deliver on time and with great value. Wednesday, 16:30: If you think that shop is open till 17:00 as they claim online and on their doors, you are wrong. It is locked at 16:30... i am reasonable man, something might occur and shop assistant needed to close it early... thats fine. Nevertheless, i can see person working in there through the window, which completely ignores me standing next to the doors, or ignores even to answer the phone... now that is poor. Even 1 star is too much ;)
