Missing pieces to ' brand new ' scrabble game
Lad bought a toy, as soon discovered it was damaged and went to return it. The manager/owner ‘wasn’t having it’ and accused my son of damaging it...it was only my persistence meant we got a replacement. A disgrace, no idea of customer service. Also shop smells funny, could be his breath maybe.
Really good place to buy Lego and people are really helpful and kind
