This restaurant was awesome. The service was friendly. They explained what each dish was made of and how to eat it. The food was delicious! The appetizer was made of chickpeas and was very creamy and tasty. For the main dish we got the platter for 4 so we could have a variety of food. It was more than plenty for the 4 of us and everyone was very happy with the different flavors of the dish. Dessert was a mango sauce with black rice. We loved the sweetness and texture of the dish. We definitely will go back again! We had a great experience!

We went here for the first time yesterday. Awesome service and food! Everything, including the salad dressing, was superbly spiced and delicious. I also loved the traditional coffee. Staff spoke English and German and were happy to explain the different food options and demonstrate how to use the injera to eat. No credit cards accepted, bring enough cash.

I always love coming to this place! The staff is nice and accommodating and the food is phenomenal!!! We got the platter for 4 and we always just dig in and have so much fun eating with our hands and the \spongy bread\. I recommend this place to anyone especially if you're a foodie like me and my family. You won't regret it.

By far the best meal I had while on my trip to Germany. Since I have returned home I've searched high and low to find something comparable and I have come up empty! Nothing even close unfortunately. Customer service was amazing as per usual in Germany it seemed. Friendly, great recommendations, gracious, polite and welcoming. Sat down at the bar for this dinner. Was amazing to have people show genuine happiness to see people enjoying the food of their culture. Loved it. Now the food........I would happily cut off fast food, snacks and desert if I could trade all of that for this dish to be local enough for me to enjoy on a regular basis. And I love my snack and deserts. The chicken was super tender, the beef was just the same. All of the flavors we're different but complimented everything else so well that once you started eating you couldn't stop because your mouth couldn't wait to get the next handful shoved in.
