Love the ambience and staffs. Service is very good with attentive staffs. Food is a little pricey but worth it, as there's no compromise. Will surely return for another family dinner. 5-stars!

I love the hi-tea set with tea, coffee or hot/cold chocolate to go with it. The Emperor's cake was delicious. The restaurant has a very European feel to it. Staff were attentive and efficient.
Food is okay, could be better
Great food and service! Serves authentic Austrian cuisine. Have to try their Viennese Goulash, Wiener Schnitzel and wide array desserts. My favorite dessert is their Kaiserschmarrn also known as Emperor's pancake. For sharing, try their Kaiserhaus Platter.
Very good quality of food. It felt healthy and wholesome while good -tasting at the same time. The pastry was equally excellent. Great dining experience.
Interesting choice of food: not your usual German selection but also Austrian and Hungarian dishes. Rather well executed and decent service and prices to boot. Would happily go back again to try other dishes.
Love the service and the food. Will always return to have lunch with my family together. The restaurant is very clean, and the staff there are very helpful. Food is obviously great as I miss having Austrian food after returning from Salzburg in October.
Absolutely love the weekday lunch set meals. For just a couple of dollars more you can order their cake. Truly value for the buck...
