Bad experience gave my vw golf r for repairs due to third party fault accident on arrival to collect the car I noticed my car had not been repaired to the standards I believe the paint job they have carried out is appalling paint is flakin off also half the job has been done the paint does not match up at all with rest of the car also on arrival I realised my car has been left empty although I left it with half a tank of fuel the bloke at the desk came out and sed that’sumet I would have to sort with inshorance not wot inshorance have stated waiting for car to be booked back in dispointed
Just went to pick up my car from KAG & it looks brand new, even have it a clean. The hire car they lent me was small but it for me from A to B & it was really good on petrol. It's taken awhile for the repair but it's been worth the wait, really pleased with the work, like l said it looks brand new, as it was before my accident. Thanks
