Great cafe for a drink and meal. Loved going here for breakfast before lock down. They always have cakes I usually get to eat latter that day. They also do take away savoury food too like soup, sausage rolls and empanadas - highly recommend them too.

This place and Bourneville Green has been a saviour during lockdown. Indoors and back garden closed now but the takeaways have resorted back to the corner outside entrance. The ordering system is very efficient as is the young polite and mainly female staff. Any lengthy waiting is due to the number of orders they process. Remember if you like your cappachino hot ask for extra hot otherwise it will be Artisian style at 65c which tastes only warm. If you like Costa coffees these are as good as and their medium is equivalent to a Costa small. External seating is available on benches on the Green or the low walls across the road. You can also have food takeaways and there are also a number if shops open next to Kafenion.

Shame about tier 3. This is a lovely place to sit, sup and chat on a dark, cold wet day. Currently take-away only offered. A bit of a wait for service outside. Food/ drinks and helpful staff are outstanding
Having had the pleasure of Kafenion's coffee and food numerous times already, we hired the whole venue for a private evening event last week. The whole process from initial conversations with Chris, Ness and their team through to the wonderful hosting and amazing Greek-inspired buffet food was fantastic. We were so happy to hold our event here, the staff team were nothing but helpful and accommodating and we look forward to many more chances to support them as they develop this lovely community coffee shop.
