Kadai Indian Kitchen - Skyway Minneapolis

We ordered takeout while staying at Rand Tower and it was absolutely delicious. We had chana masala and vegetable samosas. Still piping hot when we got back to our room.

Found this restaurant in the Skyway! Such a good find. One of the few restaurants open past 5pm! They have such a great selection of food. The portions sizes are great and the taste is fresh and delicious. We really enjoyed the food. They have both vegetarian and non vegetarian options with plenty of appetizer, chaats, rice, noodle and curry dishes. Definitely worth a visit!

Despite working downtown Minneapolis and walking past this restaurant a million times, I never went in because there was always a line out the door. Should have recognized this as the good indicator it was. Was offered 20% off for DoorDash order and so happy to have finally eaten Kadai food. Truly delicious. I think I have a new go-to for Indian and if I ever make it back to the office, I’ll join the line, even if it’s out the door.

We enjoy eating out. Last night we visited this superb restaurant which we didn’t know before. We passed a delightful evening there with high-qulity food and an efficient stuff and a talented cook. We added this place in our list and we shall definitely come back soon. We warmly recommend.

Great lunch spot for Indian food downtown Minneapolis. This is a buffet counter lunch spot where you request anything desired added to your plate. They recently added a new 7 option with a smaller plate that allows you to request three items. I think this is awesome as the normal sized portion (11) is way more than I can eat. Picture below is the size of the new 7 “quick lunch” special.
