Nice location, good classic decoration. Sorry, forgot to take photos of dishes. But in such an area food is of less importance to me.
Service and menu items are good enough. Price is higher than average. Having a car in Kaag is NOT recommended. (Less than 2 minute ferry crossing is 4.50 Euro).

Been here twice. As a vegetarian the options are very limited on the menu. First time I was lucky. Goat cheese for the salad (man, who still does that?!) had not been delivered. So they fixed me a grilled vegetable pancake with grated cheese. That was a good dish. The pancake invention was not on the menu the next time we visited. Also I stopped eating bread, sugar, meat or fish, so I was landed with cups of tea, but no lunch. Pity. Staff is nice, location is outstanding, however, the menu is not suitable for vegetarians or people who avoid things like sugar and bread.
Amazing setting and decor. I can recommend the tomato soup.
