Very surprised and disappointed that my lined curtains were not ironed after being dry cleaned. First time used K Kleen and first time in 40 years received un-ironed goods from a dry cleaners. They were 'steamed' while we waited to collect them. Although the curtains (and duvet) were clean and looked reasonable on the hangers - the creases were noticeable when the curtains were re-hung. Evidently the staff made the decision to steam as they did not think that the curtains needed ironing. I declined the offer to return the curtains to be ironed as this would involve a 16 mile, non-essential journey.

Excellent customer service, makes a determined effort to ensure customer is happy, has made a phone call to myself to explain that my garment was not ready as she was not happy with a stain that couldn't be removed so needed an extra day, got my dress back and it is like new. I have also used the service to have a mulberry bag cleaned and again it looks like new, she takes the time to explain the process and it proves she has done her training and recounts this well. I most certainly will continue to use the services she provides, the seamstress she employs is also an excellent addition to the service provided.
Brilliant service and the ladies are so nice! Nothing is too much for them. Thank you for sorting out my ballgown!
