We placed our first order with K & EJ Crump Ltd a couple of weeks ago and can only report that we were absolutely delighted with the Spare Ribs and selection of Sausages that we received and have since enjoyed, so it looks like we're going to become regular customers. In honesty having previously purchased our meats from a selection of Supermarkets simply for convenience rather than quality and taste, we're now going all out to buy produce from our local Butcher and other Independent Retailers. If we don't support them we'll lose them .......

Quite disappointing - they took an order for Thursday, but didn't call until Tuesday the following week to very assertively emind\ us about the order. I would collect it even 5 days later if it weren't for such an aggressive treatment from the guy at the counter - as if I weren't a regular local customer but a stranger with malicious intent. Not a single \sorry\ or \thank you\ - just plainly blaming the customer for their own failure to communicate in a timely and friendly manner.
Fantastic good old fashioned personal service from very knowledgeable guys wouldn't even think about going anywhere else
