Absolutely brilliant service. Dave and the team are knowledgeable, professional and diligent. He is also patient with my constant WhatsApping of pics of things I need doing. Gives advice that does not line his pocket too. Thoroughly recommend.

Dave worked tirelessly to make sure during a global pandemic I was able to get the exact bike I wanted even with most bikes across the country being out of stock. He worked well after the shop had closed to keep me updated with delivery dates etc. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else in future. Thank you very much Dave, i'll be back!

The level of service is above and beyond what you could expect. I bought my son a frog bike for Christmas from a different store but on reflection on christmas day i had bought the wrong size. I contact kcycles via whats app on the 27th to see if they could help me get the bigger size bike. The store wasn't even open but within 3 hours, Dave, had replied, checked stock, arranged payment, collected and delivered me the correct bike to my home. Dave literally saved Christmas in our household but unfortunately Santa's little helper the elf stole all the credit. Haha. We were over the moon with this service simply brilliant.

Best bike shop on the Wirral and beyond. I've tried a few bike shops and K Cycles has been my go-to for the past 7-years. I won't trust my beloved bikes with anyone but Dave! A top-class mechanic. Always a great service, good value and excellent knowledge. Just recently my wife bought an E-bike from there too. Again, amazing advice leading up to the purchase and speedy build – all observed with the strictest social distancing rules. Can't recommend K Cycles highly enough.
