As a lady, I've had some garages in the past really try to take me for a ride. On the recommendation of another female friend, I tried JWR about 7 or 8 years ago now, and now I'm the one recommending them. No bells or whistles, a good old fashioned family garage. Jim and Cliff are always friendly and helpful, and never do unnecessary work, as I've had other garages try to talk me into in the past. Honest as the day is long. They've also stayed open during the current Covid situation in order to keep key workers on the road, even when it's been a struggle.
Friendly staff, reliable work and always helpful. They look after my van and my wife's car, wouldn't go anywhere else.
Excellent customer service. Fitted me in at short notice to look at my car after an engine fault and let me know it was nothing to worry about. Can't ask for more honest service.
Car needed an MOT, quick turnaround very friendly staff. Good value compared to elsewhere in Salisbury.
