Having just completed and exchanged for the sale of my house, I just wanted to say the biggest Thank you. From start to finish the staff have made this process so easy and hassle free. Liam in the Darlington branch was always so polite and friendly when contacting me and arranging bookings, nothing felt too much trouble. Once an offer was accepted, Jill was my contact and I cannot rate her enough. Each week I would get a call giving me an update, even if it was just to say no update. She made the effort to ask if I was ok and how I was feeling, always offering extra help. Jill has called me today to confirm completion and I have to say, I'll be quite sad not to speak to her each week now! As a manager of a customer services team, the level of service shown throughout is what we strive for each day. Both Liam and Jill are an asset to your team's. Thank you for making this so easy and effortless especially through such uncertain and uneasy times.

I've just completed the sale of my flat and can't fault the service received from Gary and the team. I switched to Woods after a year of my property being on the market with Robinsons. Gary gave me an upfront assessment of the saturated state of the market regarding flats like mine within a mile radius of the town centre and I appreciated his honest approach in managing my expectations. As it turned out, a buyer was found within about 3 weeks anyway! I can recommend Woods for a professional and personalised service. Thank you Gary and Team!
From start to finish JW Wood provided the most fantastic service. From fair pricing and sensible valuations, to top notch communications, excellent advice and negotiation skills. However, their ability to continue this fantastic service and ensure a smooth exchange and completion amidst a global pandemic was remarkable. Honesty, integrity and being focused on the wider needs of both buyer and seller made this unbelievably low stress! Thank you (especially to Gary, Sue and Liam!)
What a great team. So supportive during the uncertanty of Covid. Always on hand with guidance and to talk us through options for driving out house sale. I would recommend very highly.
Outstanding service in such difficult times (Covid-19). We bought our current home several years ago from JW Wood and were so impressed that we went straight to them when it came to selling my Mum's home. From the property going on the open market until completion today, someone has always been in regular contact by either telephone or email. All staff who we have dealt with have been exemplary.
