Was fair enough for the company to say that we couldn't get a refund after postponing our wedding indefinately due to CV19, unless it rained on the wedding day (as per Ts n C's)... but to then say we hadn't cancelled after it didn't rain on the day (knowing full well the wedding wasn't going ahead) is a remarkably poor way to run a business and treat customers. Certainly will not use again. No stars - really stupid actually.

Terrible service. They may be cheap and there is a reason. I booked a package of a bouncy castle and inflatable ball pool from the website. The ball pool turned up and it was dirty, grubby and full of dead flies. The mats that were used were ripped, dirty and so thin they might as well not have bothered. For a children's party this was completely unacceptable and we had to spend a good hour before people arrived cleaning it. I have sent correspondence to the company for some sort of compensation/apology and continue to have no response at all. Do not use.

Just want to say what a fantastic company! Reasonably priced, kept in touch every step of the way and made it through the snow (despite Basingstoke being gridlocked) to deliver the garden games for the party. Really friendly staff and a great selection of games. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
We cannot thank you enough for the fantastic service. You arrived at the time i asked for. the delivery men where very kind and helpful. The ball pool was great for the children. They really enjoyed playing in it. When the ball pool was picked up again the men where fantastic. Very chatty and generally lovely. Very very amazing company. I will definitely be highly recommending you to family and friends. The experience with the company was a pleasure from booking right through to the end. A massive thank you to you all. 5 star company.
