“Mary” is the person who answered when I called to speak to someone. She is extremely rude and sounds like she has absolutely 0 customer service skills and kept talking over me. Its unfortunate that this company can’t find individuals who know how to talk to customers over the phone or even how to articulate anything other than “excuse me?” And babbling over the actual customer whose trying to explain the issue.

They should be sued I pay them monthly and they literally fail to pick up my trash I have called several times but they don’t care looking for a different company ridiculous
Bo is the best ever! I had tv that was sitting in my house for weeks and couldn’t find anyone to help me take it out! He was nice enough to get out of the truck to help me! Super friendly and always willing to help! Love the music too and all the kiddos on the street love watching him get all the trash!! Thanks Bo!!!
I want to brag about this company!! My kiddos are doing a little yard sale trying to make some extra money.. there were two men who took time to do a little shopping.. my kids were so thrilled and excited!! Thank you so much for making their day!!!
Trash pick up missed Tuesday now Friday night and still not picked up. 3 different occasions told supervisor said it would be done next day. Don't appreciate being lied to. They also don't answer emails or return messages. Avoid using this company. Update Saturday finally came out today and picked up trash. Grateful, but doesn't change being lied to by the supervisor.
