I had ordered a gymnastics mat (130) on the 30th December and and received an email telling me it should arrive in around 4-5 days. After 2 weeks it had not arrived so I emailed them to discover that it hadn't been sent as there was a courier charge of 17.50 (due to Brexit and me living in Northern Ireland). They should have contacted me telling me about this issue, I shouldn't have had to follow this up after waiting 2 weeks to find out it had not been sent. I did receive a full refund so I am giving them 2 stars due to this. In the end I ordered it from a different company, which had a similar issue with a courier charge but they emailed me the day after I ordered so I was happy to pay the delivery.

Would not order again from this shop. Item was delivered in good time and as expected, but problems started when I needed to return the trainers I had bought as they were the wrong size. It took several emails and several answerphone messages (they never seem to answer their phone) in order to get a refund, about a month later. And they withheld 10 from the total (they will charge you for postage if you return) which frankly seems way excessive for second class. Poor and unreliable service.

I ordered a table and it came broken. I am trying to get it replaced or refunded with no success over the last few months. Please stay away from this place for your own sake, unless you want to get scammed.

It is nearly Christmas again and it remind me of this shop. They have delivered way later than expected date so I had no present for my family. The item is wrong. The reply email was late and in the most unprofessional manner. And of course, the refund has never happened. For the sake of God, PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP.
