We had booked Just Jane catering for our October 2020 wedding, but due to Covid-19, we sadly cancelled our wedding reception due to it not being practical to run the event with the restrictions of just 15 people being in place, and consequently had to cancel the catering service. We understood that we had incurred some costs after having a food tasting and two meetings with Just Jane Catering however sadly, Just Jane were unwilling to refund any of our deposit, even though we had not incurred costs equal to the full amount of the deposit. We requested a 50% refund of our deposit which was declined, and then alternatively suggested we receive a voucher for the full amount of the deposit with the intention of using Just Jane for a future event, however request was also declined. We have now lost our full deposit. Considering that we are in exceptional times, we are shocked that there was no attempt to compromise or meet us halfway, and we feel very let down by Just Jane Catering as a result.

We hired Just Jane for our wedding catering and couldn't have made a better choice. Louise was absolutely lovely and did so much to help on the day, working well with the venue and other suppliers. The tables were also laid out immacuately and looked beautiful, just as we had imagined. We loved the food and had a constant stream of compliments from our guests, on both the canapés and the main meal. We had a number of dietary requirements for our guests, but it wasn't a problem for Just Jane at all. The waitresses also did a great job, keeping a plate of canapés aside just for us so we could get to taste them in between all the photos! Thanks again to Louise and Andy for helping make our day so special, we can't recommend them enough.
We hired Just Jane to cater our wedding in September, Louise was very helpful in answering any questions I had during the planning process and the food at the tasting was fantastic! We were a little apprehensive as to whether it could really be that good, when being served to a whole wedding party but Louise, Andy and the team did not disappoint. Many of our guests commented on how delicious the food was, including the canapes and our cheese cake! The portion sizes were excellent, and the presentation very good. The serving staff were very friendly and professional.
Incredible food, fantastic service and lovely people. On recommendation from @russets_country_house where we had our wedding, we got in touch with Louise and Andy at Just Jane Catering. They were very friendly, accommodating of our requests and created delicious food. Many of our guests have said it was the best food they've had at any wedding, and we definitely agree. It was all cooked perfectly and presented beautifully. Furthermore, Louise was instrumental in the smooth running of our whole day. She made us feel at ease in the run up to the wedding, and very relaxed on the day, allowing us to concentrate on enjoying ourselves, which we certainly did! We can't recommend Louise and Andy @justjanecatering highly enough.
We held our daughter Anna's wedding at Russets Country House on Sunday. Just Jane, under Louise gave us a delicious Wedding Breakfast. Perfect timing, with very attentive and efficient service throughout. Louise came and spoke to us towards the end of the meal, a personal touch we very much appreciated.
