Quick update to say that five stars are well and truly maintained. Still great prices and still great motorhomes. Service is brilliant. Really friendly, and can support you on your travels through an excellent phone service. Simple guide to ticket any problems too. On top of that, the whole process of hiring to return is slicker and slicker. Really impressed and will be back. Italy trip is also a fantastic opportunity to do a one way hire through Europe - just unbeatable.

This month we hired a #justgouk motorhome and drive round the UK & Ireland. What a great experience. And #justgouk made it all so uncomplicated and fun!!! They are knowledgeable and considerate people. They made the hire simple to do from the states. They picked us up train station & took us back at then end of our holiday. The linen packages included the warmest most comfortable covers and nice size bath towels. Pots, pans, toaster, kettle, dishes and flat wear are already for you. There is a three hob cooker and a fridge. You can live off grid for a few days with the awesome solar panels to charge the battery. Although my hubby did the driving this time around it was fairly easy for him. Just remember you are in the left side. Ample storage for ya and our food and gear. Easy to navigate with our gps and the atlases they supplied. Be warned... it’s bumpy in back, and loud, the dishes clank and pot and pans even after we wrapped them in cloth. My kids were car sick a lot! Anyone sitting in the back can not see out at all. The cap seats are very uncomfortable. No adjustments to be made for that. But those were the only things we didn’t like. That being said... we will hire again, next time New Zealand or the Italian job run! Which ever we can get into first. Thanks #justgouk !
While the employees are kind they have no flexibility regarding refunds. My girlfriend and I, both students, had planned to enjoy our holidays with one of their campers. But as the Covid situation rolled around, our flights where cancelled, quarantine made it impossible to do anything meaningful in the UK and we thus asked them to refund the money 3 weeks ahead of time. Apparently the original deposit is 100% non-refundable. And if one cancels two weeks ahead of the start of one's planned trip one receives a maximum of 50%. Really is a shame.
