Great place to get a wide variety of stuff for pets. Treats, toys, raw food, bedding. Very friendly staff and the best bit: they welcome you taking your dog in with you.
Really disappointed in the customer service. There were no other customers in the shop and I still had to wait for 5 mins at the till until somebody managed to emerge from the back room (despite pressing the ing for service button\). I understand why you might not take Amex, but that's a bit of a drawback for me too, plus your selection of small animal accessories is also quite poor. I guess it might still be a good place for dog owners to shop in, but I won't be coming back.
Amazing experience, helpful and pleasant staff. Good advice and quality products!
