Very good customer service, Mark and Scott are always willing to help and both very knowledgeable. Some lovely fish in stock, everything I've bought from here has always been in excellent health also stock some unusual fish that you won't find in other shops.

The staff here are very knowledgeable. They are prepared to spend time to explain how to keep fish and offer their experience and advice on what fish mix with what species and how many based on tank capacity . They will only sell you fish once your tank is established. I found them totally professional. I felt confident in purchasing from this establishment.
