The way she speaks to you, you can tell she definitely went into this profession because she loves helping her community. She gladly answered my questions with great detail! Love our hospital staff!!

Exceptional care, impeccable bedside manner and hospital is so clean. Top notch staff. I had tonsil surgery a few days ago and choosing Jupiter medical along with my doctor was the best decision I’ve made. Such an amazing experience.

We took our son to ER after he hit his chin. The stuff was amazing, explained me everything and were very quick. Also, they gave him some toy cars as a gift and he couldn’t be happier! Hope we won’t be coming back but if we need to, I’ll be confident that he’s in a good hands!

Abysmal. This is one of the many words in which I would describe my and others around me experience at Jupiter Medical Center. I went in the ER for Influenza A and Dr. Volkner was beyond unprofessional. Volkner issued me ultimatums for unnecessary testing and was eating snacks on the floor instead of caring for patients such as myself. Once you are all done with every test known to man for basic care and well known symptoms of a virus, they will bill you senseless. Aside from that Dr’s lack of empathy we have Lisa Minich and Patricia Callan who are also the gems of unprofessionalism and you will have to visit them personally to get anything taken care of in the billing and “customer service” department. Attached are close ended apology letters which in summary say “Oh we are sorry to hear you had a bad experience give us a try again”. AVOID THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL COSTS! If I could give negative stars I would.
