Independent retailer who sets himself apart from the competition, not only in the quality stock on offer, but moreover utilising his unique selling point which is his excellent customer service. Nothing is too much trouble and he replies swiftly with any queries. Will definitely order again. Don't even get me started on his Social Media appeal.... the owner is hilarious and entertaining. Fantastic guy.
Awful experience, took 3 weeks to arrive, problem with items so returned and no refund or response to messages.
WATCH OUT! I bought a jacket and the seller(Benjamin) did send the wrong jacket. I contacted Benjamin and he admitted his mistake. We made a deal that I would send the wrong jacket back and that I will order same jacket again. So in good trust I ordered the same jacket and finally the good jacket arrived. I did send the wrong jacket back. With track and trace proof and it arrived and Benjamin Melhado admitted he got the jacket. He said he will refund the money. Anyway he admitted it two times but 2 months later I did not receive any refund. Benjamin Melhado is not responding to my mail or facebook messages. For me a really negative experience.
