My dad loves Junior's. Yours will too! This is the best breakfast/brunch spot in Eagan. Servers are quick and friendly, and the food is always terrific!

Steak and eggs was really good. Only 4 stars because the steak was well done when I ordered medium. Bacon could have been cooked softer, but that's just my taste. Nice little place with a good variety of food options. Not a lot of tables, but they don't pile you in. Good spacing and layout between tables. Definitely going back. Prompt breakfast service.
Everything I’ve tried here has been delicious!! To name a few: Pankcakes, eggs Benedict, salads, soups, club sandwiches, turkey stack, burgers, Diablo chicken, philly sandwiches, fries, chicken tenders for kids/adults and the chipotle Mayo cannot be topped by anyone! The staff are always SO friendly and welcoming. During the past year with covid we ordered take out. Everything was still so good driving 12 minutes in the car home.
Family is approved to dine in. Well maintained and food is great. Had chorizo and Tex-Mex food here for breakfast.
