It was nice Pyongyang nangmyeon!!! It was definitely different style, but i can enjoy this! I want to visit there again!
One of my best cold noodles!! If you are first here, you may be disappointed with the texture of cold noodle, how cold broth tastes, actually taste bland but, ironically, if your taste-bud got familiar with saltiness and sweetness, it can taste bland. I can call it umami taste. Most of broth based on Korean oxtail, bone have lots of umami taste to it which is really good. What a broth!! Cold noodle is gooey, not sticky one looking like angel’s hair. What i love about phildong noodle is boiled pork tasting perfectly awesome. This takes you to authentic experiences of cold noodle.

It is quite expensive relative to the taste and service. Especially the person who eats alone could feel unkindness. But the taste is good.
Pyongyang cold noodles place that used to be great once, but now starting to fade away. Portions seem inconsistent and service just keeps getting awful. Can’t quite understand how they got a Michelin star
