Authentic Myeongdong cuisine when you see it filled with mainly local people. Satisfying meal with superb taste and ambience. Soup is rich and the dumplings are just WOW!

Came to visit with my mom who went all nostalgic for the noodles here that she used to have with her friend in her late 20s (she is now 61). She says the dumplings are smaller and the noodles thinner, but the taste has remained all the same. One meal here will exceed your daily dose of sodium as everything here is heavily seasoned - however, it is very very flavorful and worth it all. Noodles are 9000 KRW and dumplings are 10,000 KRW. Nothing too special about the latter. The spicy noodles (bi bim noodles) are much better. Between the two of us, we ordered two noodles and could not finish either one. It is extremely filling as both noodles come with toppings of meat and a big amount of delicious sauce. We visited on a Saturday around 2pm during the COVID crisis and did not have to wait in line but the place was still packed.

My favorite korean resto in Myoungdong. Price is very reasonable compared to its popularity.

KW9000 (9) for this big boy. This restaurant is always packed up with local people. With heavy content of noodle, it's quite filling for your stomach. But be careful if you are not used to digest a lot of carb. I personally do not like it much compared to other Korean food. However, it's still worth a try.

Awesome dumplings and noodles! We stood in the wrong part of the line and got served first (whoops) but service here is fast! You choose want you want to order from a very limited selection, and pay before getting your food. Everything here was delicious! The dumplings were filled with meat and vegetables, and the noodles were fantastic. Also the kimchi was very fine but be warned quite spicy! All in all great food experience in Myeodong!

Came here based on a friend’s recommendation. Everyone is here literally for 2 dishes- the dumplings n the noodles. Ordered 2 sets of both for the family. Dumplings are fresh n easy to eat. Noodles are springy and set in a delicious broth. The food is good. Not earth shattering though.

My parents used to come here when they were my age so this place has been around for quite a long time. My mom and I got the steamed dumplings and kalguksoo to split. It didn’t taste as good as the last time I had it a couple years back, but still one of those must-eats in Korea that you should stop at. The kimchi is good, but spicy. The line was really long and out the door, but they turn over tables quickly so we waited only about 15 minutes.

Great noodles, hand made. Dumplings are very tasty as well. Good prices. Pick and pay as soon as you arrive. Kimchee is very spicy!
