They accept Priority Pass here. It can be crowded but never too loud. Love how there are abundant charging outlets. Food and alcohol selection are pretty limited, but food quality is not bad. To take a shower, bring your boarding pass to the front desk and they will give you a pager. I wasn't in a rush, so had no problem with the 30 minutes wait. The shower room is clean and with basic amenities.

Separated into two, but essentially both have the same reception counter. Showers and relaxation chairs are to the right lounge, more seating at the left one. Either way, they get crowded at peak hours.

This review is for the \central\ location. Needs more seats..... Definitely not one of the best lounges within the star alliance network. Food is ok, seating is scarce, coffee is.... Well, fortunately Starbucks is only a short walk. The coffee machine looks high quality. Says it is using Holly's, which is good. But... It's just really bitter. The saving grace of this lounge is the attentive staff and the showers. I give both of those 5 stars.

Great lounge!

Great lounge with a decent buffet. What they lack in food is made up by variety of comfortable seating, massage chairs, clean shower rooms and general great, relaxing atmosphere.

It's better than the main concourse, but it's mostly an under lit version of a general waiting area. Passengers hit the mediocre buffet like they'll never eat again. Hard to find a seat sometimes. And the liquor station is always on the brink of empty. Between nothing and something, this is something.

As I wrote about Incheon Airport earlier. The airport itself is very nice, but the Asiana Business Lounge is really not the best. It is big. You have to wait long just to take shower. You will get a pager and wait till the pager pieps. It took sometimes almost 30min! You will find about 5 massage couchs which occupied for hours. I was there many times, the food is always the same. They have someone who cooks something fresh and you must queue. That's why I prefer to join the 'Free tour' instead sitting in lounge eating peanuts, cookies, noodle and Expresso all the time OR I just eat somewhere 'inside or outside' the airport, the food tastes much better than in the lounge. They have two rooms with own buffet. The one with Piano is better, more relaxing. It must be improved. The best among 'Star Alliances' Lounge is 'Senator Lounge' in Frankfurt

New lounge for Asiana and other partner airlines (including Qatar Airways). Seating arrangements are the same as the old lounge. Not particularly family friendly as seats are all in rows. There is a bar area (self service) at the front of the lounge and a buffet dining area at the back. Food offerings remain as disappointing as at the old lounge. Very little choice. The new lounge is a lot brighter than the old lounge which I find makes it not as relaxing but that's probably just me. Does get very crowded towards midnight. There are electronic entry gates which theoretically should let you go in and out of the lounge once your boarding pass has been registered at reception but these proved to be faulty on my visit. Overall disappointing when you compare to other lounges at other airports in the region.
