So much fun for kids.. and adults! Best as a group activity but very well organised during covid. 1 hour slot is definitely enough time as you'll be worn out at the end!
Went to the one in Burgess Hill, the place was extremely cold, especially the floor. It's much smaller than we expected and nothing like the photos on the website, no ball pit, etc. The cafe didn't have any room temperature water, it's all in the fridge (not sure who gives their children water from the fridge in December). We wouldn't go again as the other places we normally go to are better.
I went here before lockdown 2. Wanted to treat my 3 year old to one more day out for a month. She loved it and so did I. There was so much to do and it's all really safe and clean. The cafe upstairs even has a little play area so the kids don't have to stop while you enjoy a coffee (coffee was good). I will definitely return and I highly recommend.
